Eric Autenrieth
CEO
Eric Autenrieth is the General Manager of Carolina Auto Auction. He is also the former president of ServNet Auction group. In addition to growing up in the industry, the auction industry has his been his professional career for the last twenty-two years. Eric’s leadership in marketing and operational excellence has helped the Stanley Auction Group capture numerous Auction of the Year awards from multiple
commercial accounts. Eric is a 2004 graduate of Auction Academy and is CAR certified as President of the NAAA Midwest Zone, and currently serves as Director on the NAAA Southern Zone and 2024’s President of the NAAA group. Eric is a proud husband, father, and son of Hall of Fame members Henry and Patty Stanley.
Vann Humphrey
General Manager
Vann has 25 years working in the automotive industry. He currently serves at the General Manager at Carolina Auto Auction. Prior to his time at Carolina Auto Auction, he spent 20 years in various roles with a non-prime automotive lending company, the last 8 of which were in a Senior Manager role over Collateral Repossession and Remarketing and Vendor Compliance. His experience covers a wide spectrum in the area of business operations in both and associate capacity and a leadership capacity.
Zach Evans
AGM - Sales and Marketing
Zach Evans joined the Carolina team with several years of fleet lease sales experience in the auction industry. He takes pride in creating strong business partnerships with each client’s unique strategies in mind. In his free time, Zach loves sports, working on cars, and never passes up a good meal.
Kristal Bray
Office Manager
Kristal joined CAA in 2008 as an online ringman when the auction first began online sales. She joined the lease department full time in 2015 and transitioned to the business office in 2019. Her experience in both commercial and dealer side of the business put her in position to become our Office Manager in 2020. She is married with 3 kids, loves to travel, and the outdoors.
Matt McConnell
Shop Manager
Matt joined the Carolina Auto Auction team in 2021 with over 40 years of automotive servicing experience. He spent 25 years with Toyota and holds certifications in Toyota, Ford, BMW, Ducati, Triumph, and Zero Motorcycles. For fun he loves to hit the road on his motorcycles.
Felisha Brock
Operations Manager
Felisha started at the auction in 2019 on our Vehicle Registration team. She quickly rose to become the Operations Manager. She handles all transportation and operations personnel, as well as helps with condition reports and vehicle check-in when needed. She’s always said that her job at Carolina Auto Auction has been a life changer for her. She genuinely loves the people and culture of the auction and enjoys the opportunities to improve her skills in the workplace. She has 3 kids, loves to bake, and dabbles in various types of art.
Sara Schneider
Reconditioning Manager
Sara joined Carolina Auto Auction in 2017 and quickly proved her attention to detail to be invaluable. Now serving as our Reconditioning Manager, she oversees all aspects of the reconditioning department, ensuring that every customer’s vehicle is meticulously cleaned and detailed to meet auction-ready standards at Carolina Auto Auction. Sara takes pleasure in working alongside her team and is always ready to offer assistance and lead by example. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and playing video games.
Scott Greene
Lease Bank Operations Manager
As the Lease Bank Operations Manager for Carolina Auto Auction, Scott’s day-to-day duties are to oversee the condition report writers and outside coordinators. Scott has been employed with Carolina Auto Auction for 20 ½ years. Prior to becoming the Lease bank operations manager, he was hired as a condition report writer and steadily moved into my current position. His experience over the years has proven to be invaluable where he has worked in the lease office helping set sales, worked on the lot numbering cars and running the forklift and set up salvage sales. Outside of work Scott enjoys going to football games, especially watching the Clemson Tigers. He also enjoys all forms of motor sports and loves going to races with friends and family.
Carol Yates
Comptroller
Carol Yates is a dedicated Comptroller at Carolina Auto Auction, bringing 16 years of invaluable expertise to the organization. Her enthusiasm for her role is evident in her proactive approach to driving substantial changes and efficiencies within the company. Outside of work, Carol indulges her passion for astronomy and star gazing, often found exploring the outdoors to study the cosmos. Her unique blend of financial acumen and a love for the natural world make her a well-rounded and inspiring leader within the company.
Keith Foster
Marketing Manager
Keith Foster is a dynamic Marketing Manager who has recently joined Carolina Auto Auction. Moved from Ohio with several years in the auto industry, he leverages his creative spirit and strategic mindset to drive brand awareness and contribute to the growth of Carolina Auto Auction. With a natural knack for the camera, Keith is eager to make his mark and is known for his energetic approach to his work. Outside of the office, he leads an active lifestyle, frequently exploring parks and hiking trails, showcasing his love for adventure and the outdoors.
Lisa Autenrieth
HR Manager
Lisa Autenrieth is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience in the auction industry, serving as the HR manager at Carolina Auto Auction for the past 8 years. In this role, she has been instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment as well as overseeing various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Furthermore, she has been a dedicated coordinator for all charity and community outreach events, demonstrating a commitment to giving back to the community and positive corporate social responsibility. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lisa cherishes her time with her family including her kids and husband by taking family trips to create lasting memories.
Brad Harbin
IT Manager
Brad Harbin is the IT Manager at Carolina Auto Auction where he has dedicated 17 years to transforming the auctions into a mainstream phenomenon. His pioneering cybersecurity and IT initiatives have provided Carolina and its customers with an unparalleled online auction experience. When not at work, Brad treasures spending time with his wife and two daughters, finding fulfillment in both his professional and personal life.
Nick Apicella
Dealer Sales Manager
Nick Apicella is our Dealer Sales Manager at Carolina Auto Auction. With 20 years of experience in the retail car industry and having various pivotal roles, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. For Nick, family is at the core of everything he does, supported by his wife and their two sons, Nick and his family relocated to South Carolina from Ohio. Outside or work, he enjoys reading thrillers and mysteries and Nick is a fervent supporter of The Ohio State Buckeyes and a die-hard Cleveland sports fan. Nick is thrilled to be a part of a family-run business and looks forward to contributing to the thriving team at Carolina Auto Auction.
